You may request a return (RGA#) within 30 days of your order date by emailing email@example.com. Returns outside our 30 day return policy will not be accepted, unless defective. Once a return (RGA#) is requested, you will recieve an email with instructions on how and where to return your package. Customers are responsible for any freight arrangements and/or costs associated with the returning package. RGA#'s are good for 10 days from the date of issuance.
In order to recieve a refund, your return must meet the following criteria:
Must be in resalable condition
Must be free from scratches and/or defects
Must not have been installed
Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging
Must not have any writing on the original packaging
Must not be missing pieces
Must not be a special order or non-stock item
Must have been issued a valid RGA
Your will recieve a refund for your return within 7-10 days once it is received back and inspected by our warehouse. Your refund will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Orders may be cancelled without a cancellation fee if it is a stock order that has not shipped, or a non-stock order within 72 hours of order placement. All special factory orders will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. If your order is too far along in the shipping process, we will be unable to cancel it and you will need to request a return (RGA#) upon reciept of the order. Please know, we pack & ship orders FAST!
