All returned goods must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date.
Your return will be processed within 10 days of the date your product is received back.
If non-acceptable product is returned, LocksetsOnly will notify you before destroying the product or returning it to you at your cost.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All returns require a RGA number. Please request a RGA from email@example.com. You will be emailed instructions on how and where to ship your return back to. Please include and reference the return goods authorization (RGA) number with the product you are returning. **PRODUCTS MUST HAVE A RGA # AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT ONE** All RGA's expire 30 days from the published date and will not be accepted there after. Customers are responsible for returning product as well as any freight arrangements and/or costs associated with the return.
Any order refused at delivery will incur a 20% restocking fee and any additional return shipping charges.
The following apply with all returns that are not defective:
1. Your credit will reflect a 20% restocking charge.
2. No credit will be given for damaged goods.
4. No credit will be given for obsolete, special, or non-stock items.
5. If an item is ordered in error and a new order is placed to replace the first order, the restocking fee may be reduced to 15%.
If your order is too far along in the shipping process, we will be unable to cancel it. Please know, we pack & ship orders FAST!
Baldwin Reserve special orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
All cancelled factory orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee
