Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We will accept stock items returned and exchanges within 30 days in saleable condition, subject to a 25% restocking charge and less shipping charges. All cancelled factory orders are subject to 25% cancellation fee. Non-stock items, or items held more than 30 days cannot be returned unless defective. We will accept defective returns within the manufacturer's warrantee period. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to defective returns.

Keyed alike charge: There is a $3.75 charge per lock to key locks alike. There should be an item on every page called "Keyed Alike Charge", add this to your cart and enter the amount locks you wish keyed alike.
